What to Expect
The 50th Anniversary Gala is an adult only evening Celebrating the Legacy of Westbury Christian School. The evening will include mingling, a seated dinner, a presentation, and some entertainment. The information below will help you plan for the event.
Who can attend?
It is an adult only event, but anyone who loves WCS is welcome to attend – Alumni, Current and Former Parents/Family, Teachers, Staff, WCS Friends and the community.
How much do Gala tickets cost?
Single tickets cost $125, and give you access to the welcome reception, raffle, open seating at the dinner and the night’s entertainment. Tables for ten are available for $1,500, and give you access to the welcome reception, raffle, a reserved table at the dinner and the night’s entertainment.
Who should buy a reserved table?
Reserved tables are for those who would like to invite friends and family to be their guest at the gala and sit at their table. Tables are also for a group of friends who want to make sure they sit together for the event.
One person will purchase the table online HERE and during check-out list the ten people sitting at their table. If you don’t know all ten guests at this time, we will be in touch closer to the event. You will coordinate with your friends to share the cost for your table.

When is the last date to buy tickets?
January 15th
Free Dress Pass to students who purchase tickets (individual tickets or table with others) by Christmas Break (12/19/2024)
What will the evening be like?
The evening will include:
A welcome reception with appetizers, mocktails, WCS Jazz Band and up-close interactive magic
An opportunity to participate in a raffle (tickets will be sold online and on site)
A seated dinner, with open seating, unless you are part of a reserved table
A presentation on the future of WCS and an opportunity to pledge to help continue the legacy
And a performance by professional magician Michael Rogerson with modern, interactive magic and mentalism. Magic that happens in your hands and mind.
I see "gala" and think "fancy". What should I wear?
Think classy and elegant, semi-formal.
Formals and jeans are discouraged.
