to make use of the facilities and/or equipment owned or operated by Westbury Christian School (WCS) for the express purpose of participating in the summer program through the summer of 2023. I understand and agree that all camp costs are non-refundable. I agree to make payments promptly when they become due, and if such payments are not made when due, WCS shall have the right to assess a $30 late charge and refuse the camper admission to camp. I understand WCS retains the right to use photographs and videos of campers taken at camp for publicity and advertising purposes, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I am responsible for payment of damages to and/or loss of school property or facilities caused by the camper. In the event the camper injures an employee, I will be responsible for all damages or loss to the employee and the school, including without limitation, the cost of all reasonable and necessary medical care and lost wages. I understand and agree that WCS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require a camper who fails to maintain satisfactory behavior, or displays a general attitude and/or conduct that is not in harmony with the philosophy and objectives of WCS, to be removed from the camp, and I will be responsible for responding to the school and removing the camper from the premises within two hours of notification. I will inform the school in writing of any restrictions that should be placed upon the camper’s participation in normal summer camp activities. I hereby authorize the staff of WCS to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp.
