Parent Involvement
Parent involvement enhances the community experience at WCS by developing a closer connection between the school and home. WCS offers families multiple ways to get involved in the school – volunteer opportunities on campus, the Parent Teacher Organization and Athletic events. What is PTO?
The purpose of the WCS Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to foster and promote a better understanding and a closer relationship between the school and the home, so that parents and teachers can more effectively work together in communicating, educating and financially supporting our children’s education at Westbury Christian School.

Moms in Prayer
Wednesdays | Scarbrough Library | 8:00-9:00 AM
The WCS chapter of Moms In Prayer — a nondenominational, international group of moms and grandmoms who meet regularly to pray for their children at school.
Our purpose:
- To pray that our children will receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, then stand boldly in their faith
- To pray for teachers and school staff
- To provide support and encouragement to moms and staff who carry heavy burdens
- To be an encouragement and a positive support to WCS
We welcome new members and/or individual prayer requests any time of the year, and we pray for every teacher and student by name every year.
